Our home near Rome sleeps 10 people comfortably, and has all of the features required for either a relaxing holiday by the pool, outdoor excursions and sight-seeing, or a combination of both.

• 5 bedrooms, 2 with queen sized beds and en suite bathrooms, 3 with two single beds. A sofa-bed and a travel cot can accommodate extra sleepers, but we do not recommend more than 10 guests for extended periods of time. Click here for a floorplan of the house.
• A 10m long swimming pool, open from the end of April to the end of September each year.
• A large farmhouse style kitchen, fully equipped with two gas ovens, a gas range, a fireplace and a microwave. This is the heart of the house in colder months. We leave staple products (sugar, flour, spices, oil, cleaning products) in the house for guests to use with the understanding that they will replace what they use up.
• Thick stone walls keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter (2 fireplaces and central heating also help).
• An outdoor dining area.
• Pool house with shower, toilet and kitchenette.
• Washing machine and dish washer.
• Portable bluetooth Sonos speaker allows you to listen to your own music anywhere on the property.
• Wood-burning pizza oven and fireplace in the kitchen suitable for indoor barbecues.
• Espresso and filter coffee makers.
• WiFi.
• Flat screen TV and multi-region DVD player with a selection of DVDs.
• An extensive library of maps and guide books.
• A wide range of indoor and outdoor games for young and old alike (boules, bad-minton, football, table tennis, and many board and card games).
